Matthew Madrid
Matt Madrid joined KGI in February 2024, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in higher education, specializing in enrollment growth, strategic marketing, and operational efficiency. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Growth and Enrollment and Vice President of Operations at Westcliff University, where he played a pivotal role in driving institutional expansion and enhancing student recruitment and success strategies.
Prior to Westcliff, Matt held executive leadership positions, including Regional Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Enrollment and multiple Campus President roles at various colleges and universities. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale enrollment initiatives, implemented data-driven recruitment strategies, and overseen high-performing teams across multiple campuses. His expertise has resulted in unprecedented new student growth, improved student success, and enhanced student outcomes.
Matt holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Argosy University.
