Bonnie H. Anderson is a veteran executive and entrepreneur in healthcare and life sciences. Her extensive career spans over 40 years in global, regulated diagnostics and life science businesses. She currently serves as the co-founder, chief executive officer, and chairman of PinkDx, Inc., a privately held company focused on women’s health. Ms. Anderson cofounded Veracyte, a leading genomic diagnostics company with global operations that is transforming outcomes for patients all over the world. As Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Anderson led Veracyte’s initial public offering in 2013, spearheaded the commercialization of its market-leading products, and was the architect of the company’s vision to become a global enterprise with a growing menu of advanced genomic diagnostics tests on its own distributed instrument platform to reach patients all over the world. She now serves as the Executive Chair.

Prior to founding Veracyte, Ms. Anderson provided strategic consulting services to venture capital firms and early-stage businesses following an 18-year career in leadership positions at Beckman Coulter, including leading the early flow cytometry/immunology strategic marketing and an intrapreneurial start-up in T-cell MHC tetramer technology in 2000. She serves on the boards of Bruker Corporation and DNA Script and is the President of the Coalition for 21st Century Medicine. Ms. Anderson graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology and, in 2012, was honored with a “Distinguished Alumni” award and was granted an honorary Doctorate in Science degree in 2023.
